Whoopee...I'm the February Guest Designer for MY TIME MADE EASY!!!!

Hello everyone! I am feeling so excited right now as the day has finally come to share with you all what I have been making with My Time Made Easy's new February release and to tell you about MTME products...unless you have already heard of them and like me have been buying the amazing templates, stamps (digital and acrylic) and digipapers, cutfiles and checking out their inspiration for Loooads of time. If not...where have you been! He he!!

I was delighted to receive the NEW kits in order to create some "sneak previews" and I cannot wait for you all to get your hands on it for yourselves to see what YOU can come up with. So...

The template is called -

Creative Card Candy © - Pretty Packaging © Template

The stamps and papers I used were from -

Bold Botanicals © – Acyrlic Stamp Set

Framed Elegance © – Acyrlic Stamp Set

Brassy - Botanicals © – Digital Papers

There is another new Stamp Set which I have used in the next creation I will post shortly but I hope this one whets your appetite for now!
Here are my creations!
I used the "Hardy-Hibiscus" digi-papers on the top of the box.
I love the colours in this set, they're so delicate and calming....I can feel many a "Thankyou for just being you" present being made with THIS set!!
I already had the soaps. So I decided to cut a border from the "seeing-circles" digipaper and wrap in round, placing a metallic brad in the centre. It ties them in with the box, doesn't it?
I used a gold piece of miri card under the Hardy-hibiscus to frame it, then I cut three of the flowers out and used Rangers Stickles and glaze on the flowers to make them stand out. I also added some gems.  see close-ups below

Inside the card I used the paper again and used one of the New "gratitude" stamps.

Here you can see the butterfly standing off the card. I stamped it in gold, then in black for emphasis. Then carefully cut around it.I stamped the frame from the "Framed Elegance" stamp set, and cut an oval out using my carft knife. I've used one of the little cards that come with the set. TWO of these fit side-by-side in the large card candy box and one fits in the mini card candy box
I have put soap in this time.
So that's me done for today. I hope you have enjoyed my creation. PLEASE check out MY TIME MADE EASY  and all the GIRLS BLOGS too for more inspiration and products of course each day there will be more sneaky peaks.
Bye for now. Until My Day TWO YAY!!!!!!!

Love hearts...not just for eating!

Whether we love the taste of them or not, everyone loves to open a packet of love hearts and read the little messages to see what they have. Nowadays the ones I buy seem to say "ugly girl" or "get lost", it makes me wonder if the manufacturers are all single or someone broke their heart once!!

But there was once an advert on TV where a man put one in a ring box that said "marry me" and gave it to his girlfriend, and ever since then I always wanted to use lovehearts somehow in my crafting when an appropriate occasion arose. I came up with this card idea a little while ago so I thought I would share with you what was the final result.
You like? I can confirm the recipient loved the card!!
